Return & Part Condition Policy

Part Condition All parts sold by 2P are used and/or tested unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing. Parts are pulled from decommissioned Mimaki printers and tested for basic functionality where possible. Photos in listings reflect the actual item.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

• The part arrives damaged or significantly not as described
• The wrong part was shipped

We do not accept returns for:

• Parts ordered for the wrong printer model (please verify compatibility before purchasing)
• Parts that have been installed or modified
• Change of mind

How to Request a Return Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned part.
